Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PickingMate's mobile app, dashboard, and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Bovo Technology LTD ("PickingMate", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. The Service
PickingMate provides software for warehouse order picking, packing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and point-of-sale, with optional integrations to Shopify and WooCommerce. Features available to you depend on the subscription plan you choose.
2. Accounts and staff access
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by staff (pickers, packers) you invite. Each subscription plan has a maximum number of connected stores and staff accounts.
3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices and plan features are shown on our Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Some domains are eligible for a one-time free trial period; a domain that has already used a trial (under any account) is not eligible for a second trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account or data; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission; or (d) interfere with the Service's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests.
5. Store integrations
Connecting a Shopify or WooCommerce store authorizes PickingMate to read and write order, product, and inventory data on that store on your behalf, using credentials you provide or authorize. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your connected store and for complying with Shopify's/WooCommerce's own terms.
6. Intellectual property
PickingMate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bovo Technology LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload or sync through the Service (your products, orders, and customer data).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, and forms part of these Terms.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance, and third-party platforms we integrate with (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe) may have their own outages outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickingMate and Bovo Technology LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
