Connect a store

Connect a Manual (Offline) Shop

A Manual store is for a physical location that doesn't run on WooCommerce or Shopify - a standalone shop, a market stall, a warehouse-only operation. Everything lives directly in PickingMate, so there's no external account to connect.

1. Add the storeIn the app, go to Admin → Stores → Add Store, and choose Manual.
2. Name it and set its currencyGive the store a name and choose its currency - you can change these later from Edit Store.
3. You're connected instantlyThere's no external API or pairing step - the store is ready to use immediately.
4. Add your productsImport your catalog from an Excel/CSV file, or add products one at a time with Scan & Add (scan a barcode, fill in the details, done).
