What PickingMate does
It connects to your online store(s) and turns every incoming order into a guided, barcode-verified task for your warehouse staff: scan to pick, scan to verify before packing, and stock updates live - across every channel you sell on, at the same time. On the retail side, its built-in POS lets you ring up walk-in sales from the exact same stock, so your online listing never oversells because someone bought the last one in person.

Getting your store barcode-ready takes minutes, not weeks
Most warehouse software assumes you already have a barcode system. PickingMate doesn't - it can print real, scannable barcode labels for products that have never had one, right from the app. You don't buy separate labeling software or send products out to be relabeled: pick a product, print its barcode, put it on the shelf. A store with zero barcodes today can be fully barcode-scanning by the end of the day.

- Fine-grained staff permissions - decide exactly what each team member can do (picking, packing, stock management, POS, adding products) on a per-store basis - someone can be a picker in one store and have no access at all to another.
Manage your whole catalog, not one product at a time

- Detailed inventory tracking - real-time stock visibility by SKU, lot/batch number, serial number, and expiry date (FEFO/FIFO).
- Multi-warehouse management - synchronized control of physical warehouses across different locations, or virtual stock pools, from a single panel.
- Dynamic order routing - an order is automatically routed to whichever warehouse is closest to the delivery address, or best stocked to fulfil it.
