Buying a License

All PickingMate billing happens on pickingmate.com.

1. Choose a plan

Go to pickingmate.com/pricing. Every plan includes the full feature set (picking, packing, inventory management, POS, barcode printing, AI demand forecasting for restocking) - plans differ mainly in order volume, number of stores, and staff limits. Choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly is discounted.

2. Start your free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial automatically - no credit card required to start. Sign up with your email, verify it with the one-time code we send you, and you're in.

3. Upgrade to a paid plan

When you're ready (or your trial is ending), open your dashboard on pickingmate.com and choose a plan. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe - PickingMate never stores your card details directly.

Your license code

Once you have an account, you get a license code shown on your dashboard. This is what your picking/packing staff use to log into the PickingMate app - it identifies which admin account (and which stores) they belong to. You never need to share your admin password with staff, only this code plus the login you create for them.

Managing or cancelling your plan

From your dashboard on pickingmate.com you can change plans, update payment details, or cancel at any time - cancelling takes effect at the end of your current paid period, you keep access until then.
