Getting Started

PickingMate has three moving pieces: a license (bought on pickingmate.com), one or more stores (WooCommerce, Shopify, or a Manual/Offline shop) connected to it, and the PickingMate app (iOS/Android) your team uses to pick, pack, manage inventory, run POS, and get AI-driven restock forecasts. This page is the map - each step links to a detailed guide.

1. Create your account and choose a planSign up at pickingmate.com/pricing - every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required to try it. See Buying a License.
2. Connect your first storeFrom the PickingMate app (Admin → Stores → Add Store), connect a WooCommerce site, a Shopify store, or create a fully local Manual store. Each platform has its own guide below.
3. Set up your warehouseAdd warehouse locations, assign staff (pickers/packers) and their permissions, and let PickingMate sync your catalog.
4. Start picking and packingOrders sync automatically. Staff scan barcodes to pick, verify, and pack - with stock updated live across every connected channel.
