Connect a store
Connect Shopify
Shopify connects through a one-time OAuth authorization - there are no API keys to copy and paste.
- Add the store in the PickingMate appGo to Admin → Stores → Add Store, choose Shopify, and enter your store's domain (e.g. your-shop.myshopify.com).
- Generate a pairing codeOn the new store's page, tap "Generate Pairing Code".
- Open the PickingMate app in your Shopify adminTap "Open in Shopify Admin" (or install the PickingMate app from the Shopify App Store if you haven't yet) and follow Shopify's own authorization screen - this is Shopify confirming you approve PickingMate accessing your store's orders and products.
- Enter the pairing codeBack in the Shopify-side PickingMate screen, enter the code from step 2 to complete the connection.
Once connected, PickingMate keeps your access token refreshed automatically - you won't need to reauthorize unless you disconnect the app from Shopify yourself.
